Every provider starts on FREE, with no charge while on FREE. Plan changes and any authorized card charge take effect at the start of a monthly cycle.
Komashi billing is always in USD. Each payment is converted using the stored daily Stripe base rate for its payment date, without FX fees.

Changes at the cycle boundary
Plans upgrade and downgrade at the start of the monthly billing cycle, based on active subscriptions and monthly volume.
Card details and FREE plan
FREE signup requires card details and prior authorization. We do not charge while you are on FREE. If you move to a paid plan, the charge happens at the start of the next cycle.
Usage above the allowance
If FREE exceeds its $1,000 monthly volume allowance, you automatically move to a paid plan for the next cycle. Exceeding SOLO’s allowance moves you to GROW. SCALE remains the plan for 10,000+ active subscriptions; its 0.35% fee applies only to monthly volume above $50,000.
